Our highly experienced tutors are all practising professionals in their field and are only too happy to teach best industry practise alongside advanced techniques for those who need them. We can help you assess exactly where your experience in any application lies with our tried and tested Training Needs Analysis questionnaire. After working through our short TNA questions, you'll have a better understanding of which course is right for you. Alternatively, you can attend a private course, where we can customise the agenda exactly to your needs or the needs of your corporate team. You can also talk to one of our trainers to who will help you plan the learning you will benefit from.

When you come to our training centre, we provide everything - you'll just tell us whether you prefer to use a Mac or a PC. When you join one of our live online classes, you'll need access to the latest version of the application relevant to the course and a reliable internet connection. Courses are usually taught using the latest version of the software but we can usually teach earlier versions too. If you have any questions, just ask our customer service team in advance.

The duration and the agenda is shown on the page for every course but most range from one day to four days. In practice, the duration of any course depends on the scope and format. Our public courses always follow the agenda we publish. When you book a private course, we will recommend a duration to match your learning requirements but we we customise your course to your needs and you are welcome to book as many or as few days as you want.

Yes, all participants receive a certificate of completion on a Transmedia training course, which can be a valuable addition to your professional portfolio.

For live sessions, instructors are available on the spot. Don't be shy - our tutors are always delighted when attendees ask questions during the course and the answers they give will often be helpful to other attendees. After the course, we provide unlimited support on all topics covered during training, via email or by arrangement, a phone call. If you have very specific questions on a current project, we can offer you a private consultancy session - just ask your account manager for help.
