Courses start at 10am and finish at 5pm. For classroom-based learning, please arrive by 9:45am for registration and refreshments. You are very welcome to arrive earlier. We open at 9:15am. If you are running late, please call us on 0208 269-4260.
If you have chosen private training on your own site, we can be flexible on the start and finish times. Please discuss this with your account manager
Our training centre is in Queen’s Park, west London, at Transmedia House, 9 Station Terrace, London NW10 5RT. We are approximately 30 seconds walk from Kensal Rise railway station on the Mildmay overground line, 10 minutes walk from Queens Park on the Bakerloo tube line, 3 minutes on the Mildmay overground from West Hampstead and 7 minutes on the Mildmay overground from Shepherds Bush.
We give precise directions when you book your place.
It may be possible and we will do our best to accommodate you, by inviting you to attend the second day of another instance of the same course. However we cannot guarantee it, nor which date we can offer, because of fluctuating availability. Rescheduling is usually possible for private bookings.

We ask that you find a quiet meeting room and arrange not to be disturbed during the day. You should also make sure that the right version of your software is already installed and, if the class is for more than one or two people, that you have a projector and screen available. Our IT managers are always on hand to make sure you are set up appropriately.
Most public courses are two days. Some are one day and some are three. For private courses, you may choose to book as many or as few days as you wish. Two days is usually a good start for an introductory course. You can discuss with your dedicated account manager and trainer.
The answers you give to our questions help us make sure that we recommend the right course to you. And if you choose a private course, they help us to identify the course content that is appropriate to your needs. We also back this up with a conversation with your trainer to ensure alignment.
We provide course notes for all our courses. We also provide numerous useful links to web-based articles and blogs to support students with further tips, information and advice following their training with us.

Our authorised trainers are seasoned professionals with at least ten years experience in their field. They use the software they teach on live projects all the time. Naturally their communications skills are second to none.
We accept up to six attendees on our public courses, so that everyone has plenty of time to ask questions. For private courses, we still recommend clients no more than eight, so that everyone receives plenty of personal attention.
We run our classes during weekdays. By special arrangement, we may be able to offer weekend or evening training. Please call us to discuss your requirements.
If you are not able to come to one of our training centres, we can run your class remotely over Zoom, Teams or Google Meets, or we can visit you in your own office.
No, there is no dress code. Please dress in whatever way you feel comfortable.
We have a room where attendees can leave their personal belongings.
Attendees can specifiy whether they prefer a Mac or a PC at the time they book their course.
Yes we do. The only personal equipment you would ever need to bring is a set of headphones, where these are needed for courses that include audio. If you are unsure, please just ask your account manager.
