Where most organisations are

Plenty of interest in AI. Very little change.

A typical 100-person team Illustration

Number of people at each level

Most organisations we speak to are in the same position. A licence has been bought. Some staff are using free tools on their own. A few people have found it useful. Nobody is quite sure what they or the rest of the team should be doing with it.

    • Mixed results

Staff tried AI, got a mediocre answer and went back to their old way of working.

    • No clear direction

Which tool, for which tasks, used in what way? Without answers, nothing changes.

    • Unmanaged risk

Without shared rules, people guess what data they can drop in, hope the results will be somehow useful but are in any case not sure how to assess what comes back.

    • Know-how that walks out of the door

What works stays with individuals. When they leave, it leaves with them.

We have trained people in new technology for more than thirty years. We know how to set a tool up properly, what a team needs to learn and how to make it part of everyday work.

You don't need to work out the answers before you talk to us. That's our job.

    What changes

Four ways AI changes the work

AI is an everything machine, which is why talking about it in general terms gets nowhere. We teach it through specific tasks in specific roles. The gains tend to fall into four broad kinds.

    Time back

The same work, done in a fraction of the time, so people can spend their day on the work that needs them.

    Example: account management

A rambling call transcript becomes a client-ready summary and action list in five minutes rather than an hour.

    More output

More of the work that matters, delivered in the time you already have.

    Example: marketing

One product brief becomes a month of social posts in the company's tone of voice, ready for review and scheduling.

    Better work

Higher and more consistent quality, because everyone works from the same tested approach and checks output the same way.

    Example: finance

Month-end commentary drafted from the spreadsheet, with every figure checked against source before it is sent.

    New capability

Tasks nobody had time for become part of the routine. So do tasks nobody thought a machine could handle.

    Example: sales and strategy

A competitor briefing compiled automatically every Monday morning and waiting in the team's inbox.

    How it works

Three steps. No commitment until you're ready.

    1. A free consultation

      30 minutes

      We recommend the right training

Tell us about your teams and the tools you use. We'll tell you where AI will save the most time, which courses to start with and in what order.

    2. Training

      One-day courses

      Hands-on, in small groups

An introductory day for most of your team and an advanced day for confident users. Groups are organised by role and level and scheduled around your business.

    3. Support and set-up

      After the course

Help as the change takes hold

Unlimited support for everyone we train, as they put what they've learnt into practice. We can also help you set AI up across the organisation.

    At your offices

Our trainers come to you, anywhere in the UK, for groups working side by side.

    At our London centre

A dedicated training environment, away from the day's interruptions.

    Live online

Interactive sessions for distributed or hybrid teams. Large programmes often combine all three.

    Responsible use

Productive and safe, from the first session

    Data handling

Every course covers what can and cannot go into each tool, how your licence treats your data and how to work with sensitive material. We align with your existing IT and data protection policies.

    Checking output

AI makes confident mistakes. People who haven't been trained are the least likely to notice. Staff learn where it tends to go wrong and practical methods for verifying facts, figures and sources before anything is sent or published.

The right tool for the job

We train on ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Our only concern is helping you get the most from the tool you have invested in.

    Common questions

We don't really know what we need. Is that a problem?

No. Most organisations start there. Claude Introduction is designed for exactly this: it shows your team what Claude can do across everyday work and how to do it well. Confident users can move on to Claude Advanced. On a free consultation we'll recommend where each person should start.

Some of our people already use AI well. Will the training be too basic for them?

Not if they take the right course. Confident users go straight to Claude Advanced, which covers Skills, connectors, delegated tasks and building repeatable workflows. Groups are organised by level, so nobody sits through what they already know.

Which AI tools do you train on?

ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each has real strengths. We have no preference between them. We train on the tool your organisation has invested in and show your people how to get the most from it. Where teams use more than one, we show where each fits.

Will the training relate to our kind of work?

Yes. Every course follows a proven structure. Trainers use examples from your sector. Where you're happy to share them, they also use your own everyday tasks, in sample or anonymised versions where needed.

What support is there after the course?

Unlimited support. Everyone we train can come back to us with questions as they put what they've learnt into practice.

Can you train a hundred people or more?

Yes. We run large programmes as a series of small groups organised by role and level, scheduled around your business. Groups are kept small so nobody gets lost, however large the programme.

How do we work with confidential information?

Exercises use documents you approve. Every course covers data handling for your specific tools and licences, in line with your existing policies.

How will we know it worked?

Each group completes a before-and-after task on real work during the day. For larger programmes, a short skills survey before training and again four to six weeks later shows the change across the organisation.

We are a small team. Can we still work with you?

Yes. Private courses start from a single team. Individuals can join our scheduled AI courses.
