Learning Adobe Photoshop Elements is a great way to understand the core principles of image editing. You'll learn how to import and organise images from your phone, camera or your hard drive. You'll be able to sort, rate, tag and resize images. You'll learn how to use the Clone Stamp, Spot Healing Brush and the Healing Brush to remove defects from an image. You'll also be able to understand the differences between CMYK and RGB Colour Modes and optimise the quality of images for use on the Web. And all these principles will stand you in good stead, should you later decide to upgrade to Photoshop itself.
