This is a one day hands-on workshop aimed at Directors, Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service professionals who want to take their social media skills further, gaining increased benefits from social media as an online marketing, customer engagement and resource tool for their business. The course introduces other social media platforms such as Blogs, Youtube videos, Google +, Foursquare, Pinterest and selected Social Media monitoring tools and shows how to track the benefits gained from these extra tools.
Delegates should already be active on social media and actively seeking greater benefits for their business. Ideally they should meet at least two of the following three pre-requisites: on Facebook, have an active Facebook page with at least 25 fans; on Twitter, have an active Twitter profile with at least 50 followers and on LinkedIn, have a completed profile with at least 50 connections.
