Objectives

To learn how to create and customise FileMaker Pro 10.0 databases in ways that emphasise the benefits of FileMaker Pro as a marketing tool to manage client contact information. The course includes developing an automatic reminders system for call backs, selected techniques to speed up data cleansing and input, the creation of a standard letters library and mail merge letters to many contacts, including output via email.

Pre-requisites

Basic FileMaker Pro knowledge is required, through personal experience or attendance on the Transmedia one-day Introduction to FileMaker Pro course. (Please note a discount for attendance on both courses is usually available).
