Post Training Skills Audit
We offer clients a free knowledge audit at regular intervals to assess working efficiency and use of resources and to check how well staff have put the knowledge gained from our courses into practice. We send an experienced consultant to a client's office to see staff using their software in their own working environment. We then report to management, making suggestions for improvements to current practice.
Managers may then decide that benefit could be gained from further training or may simply use this knowledge to make improvements to working methods. For new clients with no existing commitment to training, we offer to analyse exactly where any areas for improvement may lie, making a charge for the audit that will be deducted from any subsequent bookings. We recommend this audit as an excellent way to check that staff are using their software to its, and their own, best capabilities.
