Training Philosophy
Transmedia is a client-centred company and our commitment is maintained from the time of a new client’s first booking with us. Our account managers, trainers and administration staff work together to retain the trust of each client by providing the highest possible standards of tuition, professionalism and care. A Transmedia Training classroom is a structured but informal learning environment and during training, our goal is to instill security and enthusiasm in attendees, whatever their age, background or previous experience. We see it as the responsibility of our trainer to respond readily to queries and to achieve a rapport with each student that will facilitate the learning process in the way that is most appropriate to the individual. In practical terms, our goal is always to reveal the heart of an application, rather than to simply teach its features and to relate software capabilities to the real life work for which each application is intended.
