Training Needs Anaylysis
To provide the most relevant training, Transmedia will always analyse a client's requirements thoroughly in advance. Only when we are sure we have understood the context in which delegates actually use their software, as well as their current and hoped-for knowledge, will we enroll students on a course. In specific detail, we take care to follow these steps, before taking a booking:
- Establish the correct version and platform.
- Ask the delegate to complete Training Needs Analysis form, and then analyse the results to assess existing knowledge and confirm the use to which the software is put.
- Where a customised course is chosen, to encourage clients to group together staff with similar needs and use the results of the training needs analysis to determine the course content.
For a public scheduled course, our course outline sets out the agenda. We take great care to make public courses applicable to as wide a range of users as possible. However, if after discussion, there is doubt about the relevance of the material covered, we may recommend a customised course instead.
