Evaluating our training
Clients frequently comment upon how staff work faster and more efficiently after training and also that support departments report far fewer calls. As part of our own quality control system, trainers sit in on each other's courses to provide a fresh perspective on training styles. All feedback in whatever form is valuable and improvements are often incorporated as a result.
Seeing a student progress during training from a position of no knowledge to one of considerable competence, with an accompanying gain in confidence, is a reassuring confirmation of successful training. We also ask delegates to complete a confidential questionnaire after their course, so that we receive an immediate personal evaluation from the students themselves. Trainers will also share their own opinion of the success of the course with the account manager, who will in any case call our principle contact at the company a few days later when attendees have had a chance to put what they have learned into practice.
