A Typical Training Class

Training combines theory with plenty of hands-on practice. Students work on exercises, which progress from simple examples to more powerful or complex techniques. Our course reference manuals, most of which we write ourselves, allow attendees to concentrate on learning, rather than taking notes. The emphasis during training is always on ways to apply the features taught to realistic tasks.

Training on Transmedia premises involves a maximum of six people, depending on subject, with a computer per delegate and a white-board and projector to illustrate trainers' explanations where appropriate. For on-site courses, we ask clients to provide a quiet room, a machine per person and a white-board or flip chart. In both cases proper lunch and session breaks are provided to allow rest and a time for informal discussion. After a recap at the end of the course, evaluation forms are completed and each delegate is encouraged to call the support line to solve any problems they may later encounter. By previous request from a company manager the trainer may also complete a Delegate's Assessment form, commenting upon the student's motivation, concentration and standard achieved.
